I intend to bring my 20+ years’ experience in managing and directing user experience and project teams to increase customer satisfaction, boost ROI, and increase the bottom line. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for internal and external user experience design, research, and product development on complex, world-class applications for large and small companies, Fortune 500, and DoD/government agencies. I have built internal and external client relationships using my CUA, CXA, and CSM skills, and led distributed teams, departments, and organizations while guiding user experience strategies on projects with budgets up to $308 million. I've spoken about UX at numerous meetups and organizations, including a recent presentation on Service Design at the UXPA2018 international conference. Early in my career, I was responsible for performing design, research, testing, and analysis, developing the interface, and illuminating user experience insights to stakeholders at an enterprise level.
