I am a User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) specialist with over 19 years' experience in research, full-stack design, development, and leadership. I have extensive experience performing usability research, wireframing, prototyping, developing the interface, performing usability testing and analysis, and providing user experience insights at an enterprise level. I have worked successfully within small development teams, as well as on larger, cross-functional teams, and am experienced in multiple SDLC methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and iterative. I have led teams both locally and distributed, including resourcing, hiring, and training. I'm always trying new things, trying to improve and innovate, and trying to streamline for faster and/or more efficient processes with a strong understanding of the enterprise.
